Measurement Guide

Choosing the right fit for your Needle King shirt is crucial for a polished appearance, distinct silhouette, and confidence. We’ll guide you through essential measurements to ensure the optimal fit.

Unbutton your shirt and measure the collar by determining the distance from the center of the button to the outer edge of the collar buttonhole opening.

Button up your shirt entirely and measure across the chest, from the left edge to the right edge just below the armpits. Ensure the back panel is wrinkle-free, and then multiply this measurement by 2.

Measure the waist horizontally across your shirt at its narrowest point, approximately at navel level. Measure from the left edge to the right edge and multiply it by 2.

Find the width of your shirt by measuring from the left to the right at the bottom, and then multiply that measurement by 2.

Measure from one shoulder seam to the other across the shoulders with your shirt laid face down.

Measure the length of the sleeve from the shoulder seam to the cuff’s end. If you have a French (folded) cuff, ensure it remains folded while measuring.

Measure the uncuffed length by starting from the button’s center and extending to the outer end of the buttonhole opening. For French cuffs, measure between the middle points of the two buttonholes.

Measure the length of your shirt with the collar facing up, starting from where the shoulder seam meets the collar (as close to the collar as possible, lifting it if needed) straight down to the bottom of the shirt.
